RETURNS POLICY

KULT will gladly offer a full refund on online orders within 14 days from receipt of goods. 

Sale items however are considered final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund or credit.

 

Should you wish to return items please following the below steps:

 
Step 1 – Check for the following:


- Item(s) have not been worn or used and all original tags are attached


Step 2 – Contact KULT

Email returns@kultactivewear.com for all Returns. Please be sure to provide your order details including order number and item(s) to be returned. A KULT representative will contact you with 24-48 hours with Return Authorization Form.

- Upon receiving the Return Authorization Form you will have 10 days to pack and ship items back to KULT. The return address will be provided on the Return Authorization Form. If the order has not been received after the 10 day window, the return will be deemed cancelled.

- KULT will take no responsibility for any items lost in transit. We highly recommend that you engage a shipping service that provides a tracking number.

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods.

- Refunds are credited to the original card that the customer paid with.

- KULT will allow all items per order to be returned once. Items after first return or exchange are then considered final sale.

 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

- KULT takes great pride in the production of our items however damages do occur from time to time. Should you receive an item that is defective we will gladly replace or refund the items, subject to availability.

- Should you receive a faulty item, please contact returns@kultactivewear.com and provide photos of the damage.
